Mental Health Awareness

It's Time to Talk.

As a collaborating partner of ABC's Total Human Health Initiative, Kwest started in 2021, taking their teams' well-being even further.

Under The Hard Hat is an award-winning mental health awareness campaign that highlights our team members' journey to mental wellness and the challenges they have personally overcome. This campaign aims to spread awareness in the construction industry and beyond to dissolve the stigma about mental health through authentic expression, openness, and vulnerability.

Our goal is to foster an environment where team members feel comfortable sharing their stories, seeing vulnerability as a strength creating a lasting and meaningful impact in the construction industry and beyond.
